GELEON is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy based on the Gold Coast, Queensland.  We specialise in transport related infrastructure design and pride ourselves on professional ethics, attention to detail and providing service over and above the norm.

So, what will you do an 'Executive Assistant / Office Manager' at GELEON

  • Executive support to the Director and other team members
  • Administrative and general office duties
  • Emails, answering and directing calls
  • Data entry of purchase orders, accounts and timesheets
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Research and development
  • Assistance with proposal and submission writing
  • Marketing, website management and social media
  • System and procedure development and maintenance
  • Other tasks as required we expect the job will grow with you as you grow with us
