Our growing construction business is looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our close-knit team.
Reporting to the Director, the successful applicant will play a vital role in the day to day function of the office and be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of paperwork to maintain job flow. As the initial point of contact for new and existing clients the successful applicant will need to be self motivated, capable of working unsupervised and thrive on client interaction.
Key Roles include (but are not limited to):
Accounts Payable/Receivable preparation
Face to Face client communication
Xero data entry
Updating job files
Maintain Internal Databases
The ideal candidate will have a variety of office experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably have a basic understanding of Xero. Experience in the Building Industry is desirable but not essential.
To be successful you will have a positive, enthusiastic and self motivated attitude with high attention to detail and enjoy working in a team environment.
This position offered is for a six-month period with the possibility of continuation thereafter. Hours can be flexible for the right candidate with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
