Spare Parts Interpreter/Store Person

We have a great opportunity for a Spare Parts Interpreter/Store Person, who has experience in dealing with Automotive Spare Parts, to join our busy team at Regency Park, Adelaide.  In this dynamic customer focused role, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control as well as receiving and dispatch functions, including but not limited to:

  • Quoting and purchasing of items for both stock and customers orders
  • Accurate processing of orders, credits and warranty claims
  • Organise incoming and out going freight 
  • Perform all tasks within company guidelines and OH&S standards 

Preferred skills and Experience 

  • Previous experience in automotive spare parts and warehousing environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong internal and external customer service
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to show initiative and take ownership of tasks
  • Flexible approach
  • Competent administration and computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel

 The ideal applicant will be of strong character, a team player and have experience with a computer based inventory control system and the ability to learn a new system quickly.
