Business Executive - Frozen Food Division (Chinese Language Required)

Reporting to our knowledgeable Chief Commercial Officer/Frozen Food Division Director within this specialised area the successful candidate will be in the environment of continuous learning and immersion within the frozen food and logistics areas of the business.
Competency in Chinese language (both reading and writing) are essential as you will be required to respond to business emails in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
Tasks and Responsibilities the successful candidate will be undertaking include but are not limited to the following:
Assisting in Key Account Management;
Developing solid relationships and grow range portfolio with major clients;
Understanding key customer needs and proposing solutions;
Managing communication between key clients and relevant internal teams;
Negotiating contracts/range reviews;
Reviewing internal budgets against established KPIs;
Analysing client data to manage customer relationships
Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer/Logistics Director in all aspects of administrative tasks pertaining to ongoing projects and ad hoc projects;
Other day-to-day operational matters related to the core functions under the Chief Commercial Officer/Logistics Director;
Building and manage relationships with Suppliers (local & overseas);
Other duties assigned from time to time.

For Candidates to be Successful you should have the following:
Comprehension of Chinese language communication (verbal and written) is a must;
Minimum of 3 years experience in working for a senior management level;
A keen eye for detail;
An analytical mind in reviewing historical data;
Microsoft office suite proficiency and good excel skills;
SAP experience is advantageous;
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work to deadlines;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Competency in Chinese language (both reading and writing) is essential.
