Book keeper / Administrative Assistant

City Earthmoving is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Administration Officer to join 
our team.

The successful candidate would be a reliable self-starter who is able to work autonomously with the ability to multi-task.  This vacancy is one that is available for an immediate start and will suit a candidate who is available to work Full Time 5 days a week.

In this role you would be required to complete the following tasks:
*Manage the office unassisted
*Answer customer enquiries and greet clients on arrival
*Administrative support to office personnel, workshop and senior staff
*Accounts payable/receivable
*Processing payroll
*Fleet management including registrations and insurance

Skills required for the position:
*Ability to prepare BAS
*Experience in reconciliation of accounts
*Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MYOB
