Sky Accountants are based in Ballarat and Gisborne.

A role is available for a receptionist in the Gisborne office. 

We are seeking the following skills and experience:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced working environment.
  • Proven ability to be a team player and the willingness to do what is required, from menial tasks to the highest level of client interaction.
  • A very high level of technical competency with the MS Office suite, and some exposure and understanding of cloud applications.
  • Experience in client services, telephone answering and greeting clients in person, preferably in the professional services industry.

Applicants with and without a graduate level of experience will be considered, but you will need to demonstrate the required professionalism and ability to grasp new concepts and tasks quickly to be successful.

This role is ideal for anyone looking to return to work on a casual basis with flexibility.
