Our client sells a wide range of products direct to consumers both online and over the phone.
To be successful in this role it is essential you have an excellent telephone manner, good admin skills, are able to multi-task and aren't afraid of following up any additional information required.
Day to day responsibilities will also include -
Phone, email and online chat based customer service
Advising customers regarding the best products available to suit their requirements
Checking stock availability and/or recommending alternate products if stock not available.
Sales administration including putting together contracts/sales paperwork for customers
Processing credit checks and following up on paperwork to set up new customers in the system
Liaising with warehouse regarding orders/deliveries etc
Handle any warranty claims/product issues
General admin and clerical duties as required
