We are seeking an Operations and Customer Service professional to join our fast growing team. Supported by the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations of the business are run smoothly and efficiently, achieving the highest level of customer and cleaner satisfaction. This will involve promptly acknowledging and actioning customer/contractor requests for same-day issues, accurately maintaining and updating multiple tabs of our activity log, communicating with customers in regards to the availability of their cleaning teams, keeping our booking system as up to date and accurate, managing and solving complaints with the highest level of customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have at least 3-5 years experience in Customer Service and/or Administration roles with strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment. Be super organised, with exceptional planning and prioritising skills.
  • Understand the importance of being time sensitive and working with sense of urgency.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry and data management skills.
  • Have excellent technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and other online communication tools (Skype, Front, AirCall). Experience with Booking Systems is desirable.
  • Be quick thinking, quick acting and quick at pretty much everything.
  • Work through issues carefully, with an approachable and nothing is too much trouble attitude.
