This role is to commence in August, 2020.
Flex Out Physiotherapy is a dynamic, well-established physiotherapy practice, originally founded in Albury, NSW. The practice has seven clinics in the Albury-Wodonga/ NE Victoria region, and three in the Canberra region. Flex Out

General reception duties; answering telephones and general enquires, meeting and greeting clients, managing
appointments, coordinating daily mail
Efficient management of all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence and accounts
Data entry, billing, receipting and processing Eftpos/Hicaps payments
Liaise and support directors, therapists and administration departments
Scanning of documentation
Maintaining the overall appearance of the clinic including light cleaning duties
Ideally you must have:
Current drivers licence and car
Well-presented and have a professional manner
Passionate about your role and take pride in seeing a practice grow and be successful
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Enjoy working in a team environment as well as independently
Exceptional documentation and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to maintain a strict level of patient confidentiality
Enjoy dealing directly with our valued clients and maximising their experience
