THE BUSINESS & ROLE:
Ryco 24/7 Northside is a well-established small business providing 24 hour on call mobile hydraulic hose maintenance, install and repair service throughout the Brisbane, north Brisbane and Sunshine Coast area. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and the highest standard of work. We have a small friendly team of hose technicians in which an opportunity has risen for an additional team member.
This position is a heavily customer service driven role. Among other duties, this role requires a dedicated individual to mainly attend to the repair of breakdown of machinery and vehicles on a 24 hour on call roster, working 1 in every 3 weekends. No day will ever be the same as work is conducted on site at customer locations. Cold calling will be required as part of this role. You will be responsible for the preparation of quotes and invoices using our online web-based tools. In addition, you will also be required to complete weekly timesheets and customer site inductions as required.

Ideally you will have the following skills and/or experience:
- Previous hydraulic hose experience or;
- Experience in a similar technical role with the ability to learn fast

- Be able to work autonomously and unsupervised
- Good problem-solving ability
- Outstanding level of high-quality customer service
- Excellent work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Excellent numeracy, verbal and written skills
- Full current manual drivers licence
- Computer literacy skills
