Records Management Officer - Content Manager 9, TRIM - Federal Government

One of Australias Federal Government Agency is seeking an experienced Records Management Officer to support business critical projects including amalgamating internal Content Manager 9 datasets and supporting Business as Usual activities. The successful candidate will join a highly skilled close knit multi-disciplinary team on an initial 6 month contract with Long Term Extension Options!
The successful Records Management officer will be responsible for, but not limited to;
Upload records from S/Drives to the departments EDRMS
Providing Tier 1, 2 and Tier 3 (HPE Content Manager 9) system administration and support
Data mapping to migrate records between EDRMS datasets
Contribute in the delivery of EDRMS and recordkeeping education, advice, support and training
Monitor data quality in the departments EDRMS and provide quality assurance.
The successful Records management Officer will need the below:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Records Management
Demonstrated experience in Risk Management and Service Improvement
Experience with reviewing and streamlining information and records management procedures
Proven experience working with HP Content Manager 9 or TRIM
Attention to detail with accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude and the ability to learn new systems
