Records Management Officer - Content Manager 9, TRIM - Federal Government

One of Australias Federal Government Agency is seeking an experienced Records Management Officer to support business critical projects including amalgamating internal Content Manager 9 datasets and supporting Business as Usual activities. The successful candidate will join a highly skilled close knit multi-disciplinary team on an initial 6 month contract with Long Term Extension Options!

The successful Records Management officer will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Upload records from S/Drives to the departments EDRMS
  • Providing Tier 1, 2 and Tier 3 (HPE Content Manager 9) system administration and support
  • Data mapping to migrate records between EDRMS datasets
  • Contribute in the delivery of EDRMS and recordkeeping education, advice, support and training
  • Monitor data quality in the departments EDRMS and provide quality assurance.

The successful Records management Officer will need the below:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Records Management
  • Demonstrated experience in Risk Management and Service Improvement
  • Experience with reviewing and streamlining information and records management procedures
  • Proven experience working with HP Content Manager 9 or TRIM
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude and the ability to learn new systems
