Fixed Term Full Time – Contracted until 18th December with the possibility of extension
Salary $64,336 - $65,549 pa(plus the ability to Salary Package)
About the role
The role of Senior Client Services Officer is to provide support for Community Services to ensure quality day-to-day operations are achieved including undertaking administrative duties relative to revenue recognition, resource allocation and preparation of daily ‘run’ sheets with a strong customer service focus in addition to general administration support to the Community Services team. A primary function of the role is data collation, data entry and integrity of billing activity for Community Services,
Skills and experience required
Experience in NDIS billing processes
Sound understanding of community inclusion service provision is preferred
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage and prioritise your own work tasks with attention to detail and accuracy;
A sound level of proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Publisher Access, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential; and
Ability to work within a team environment with demonstrated flexibility with limited supervision where required.
