The Relationship Manager will be accountable for the overall client relationship focussing on select accounts to deliver value for both parties. Specifically you will work towards customer retention, portfolio growth and superior service levels. To achieve this you will work with cross-functional stakeholders, including Integration Services, Finance, Marketing, Product and Revenue, to implement agreed outcomes.
Acting as a passionate customer advocate across the business, your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Management of select Global Payments AU/NZ customers
Development and execution of annual portfolio plans to retain and grow the existing portfolio of customers;
Development of quarterly key customer business plans incorporating communication programs, performance enhancement and revenue optimisation
Plan, facilitate and manage business reviews to assess technical, commercial and product performance to maximise reciprocal value to both parties;
Analyse customer performance and industry trends in order to identify churn risk and further opportunities to create additional value for both parties;
Execute and manage contracts for nominated accounts effectively ensuring, adherence to terms & schedules as well as negotiating new terms including duration, rollover, pricing, service levels and compliance;
Triage key customer issues by working with internal department heads, including Support, Integration Services, Revenue, Technology & Finance; and
To thrive in this role you will need to be a motivated, driven self-starter with proven ability to build, manage and commercialise large, complex clients. You will have strong communication and sales negotiation skills which allow you to influence key decision makers at all levels. You will love working in a fast paced, high performing team environment and have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation. Additionally you will have:
Commercial vision and business acumen.
Proven track record of Sales.
Good analytical skills & problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong financial literacy and commercial acumen to undertake detailed analysis and enable timely decision making.
Good conceptual appreciation of API approaches, use cases and technologies skills are desirable but not essential.
