About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a strong accounts/administration background. The core responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Completion of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable tasks
Debt collection of outstanding accounts (Receivable)
Ensure correct allocation to invoices and credit notes in a timely manner (Payable)
Reconciliation to Statements (Payable)
Completion of Purchase Orders (Payable/Receivable)
Answering phone calls
Management of Timesheets (Payables)
Management of Certifications (Receivable)
Management of waterlogs (Payable/Receivable)

Skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Advanced time management and organizational skills
Minimum 3 years Bookkeeping experience
A good team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
