Email Campaign Coordinator

To realise our vision, we need someone who is talented and highly motivated to help us implement the Homewares promotion plan across our digital channels, to deliver a beautiful online shopping experience for Temple & Webster customers and achieve our revenue objectives.

Your role is to drive customer engagement, achieve revenue targets and support brand objectives through the creation of compelling promotional campaign.

What were looking for

The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assisting in planning of the Homewares promotion plan & daily Homewares category activities
  • Preparing onsite product curations end-to-end, from product selection through to page set-up and merchandising (CMS, Events & FPGs in Central Admin), combining a detail-oriented, data-driven approach with an understanding of what looks good and what drives the customer to buy
  • Coordinating the supply of product samples for photo shoots
  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm availability of products for photography and email promotions
  • Ensuring promotion content and pages are implemented in accordance with SEO best practices
  • Preparing website & email messaging for category promotions & curations
  • Updating promotional banners & tiles across home page & category pages under direction of the Campaign Manager
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely implementation of promotions
  • Measuring & reporting on performance of category promotions & curations
  • Building, testing & scheduling email campaigns
  • Conducting QA for all email campaigns to ensure that the creative, copy and links are correct
  • Supporting the Campaign Manager to execute integrated campaigns & promotions across website & email channels

What you already have

  • A passion for homewares/furniture
  • An understanding of how customers purchase furniture/homewares online
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate with well-developed Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks & adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to learn & follow processes for website & email content creation, prelaunch checks & approvals
  • A desire to learn & develop skills in eCommerce & digital marketing disciplines
  • Be solutions & outcomes oriented
