Unique Directions is not just a locally owned NDIS provider, we are an innovative and creative organisation focused on achieving goals. Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Payroll Officer to welcome into our value-based culture.

 

About the role

 

The Payroll Officer will work closely with the other members of our Support Office team and reports directly to the HR Manager.

In this role the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Preparation of all company payrolls for approximately 60 employees
  • Preparation of superannuation payments
  • Maintenance of leave schedules
  • Award Interpretation (SCHADS Highly Regarded)
  • Apply technical skills to varying payroll and rostering systems
  • Provide administrative support to finance team

Skills and experience

 

The successful candidate must have:

Proven experience in a similar role

A willingness to adapt and prioritise

Naturally analytical with an attention to detail

Experience in MYOB, Easy Employer and Lumary are advantageous

Previous experience in the NDIS will be highly regarded.
