Reporting to the Managing Director, this new role exists because of the current and planned growth in the business. The Sales Development Representative team is growing and we are seeking an SDR Manager with experience optimising the following:
Collate and refine current prospecting lists and source new data.
Implement, optimise, and document lead generation and handover processes.
Implement and optimise prospecting, calling, and messaging.
Onboarding and training of new SDRs.
Mentor and train the SDR team in effective sales and relationship building techniques.
Manage and lead the SDR Team, refining pay structures and incentives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing an SDR team, ideally from tech, and familiar with growing and managing the sales enablement process. As a guideline, you will have:
Tertiary educated Minimum bachelors degree level
Minimum 2 years experience working in B2B sales development
SDR management experience
Skills and expertise in marketing funnels and email campaigns
Skills and expertise in scaling an outbound SDR team
Sales strategy and implementation
Advanced computer skills email, excel etc
Advanced communication written & verbal
Organised and punctual
Ability to liaise with all key stakeholders
You will be a key contributor to the Australian operations and share in the benefits and rewards of growth and recognition. On offer is a salary of $100k - $130k + super depending on experience. The potential to earn over $200k through the achievement of your targets is highly likely.
