Receptionist and Office Allrounder

Nu-Jet is based in Rokeby and offers a full range of drainage and relining solutions for domestic and commercial requirements.

This is an immediate opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist/office all rounder to work part-time 2 days per week in a job share role.

Duties will include:

  • Reception - Screen phone and email enquiries
  • Co-ordinate scheduling of jobs utilising Geo-op Job Management software
  • Process Debtors and Creditors invoices etc via MYOB
  • Data entry and spreadsheets
  • Assist Office and Operations Managers
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Other duties as requested

Skills required:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency in word, excel and office
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • MYOB knowledge is desirable
