Due to this growth, we are looking to recruit a Client Success Manger with a passion for exceptional service, to continue to "Wow" our clients through their home lending journey.

About the role

Develop your finance prowess on the job with a great career opportunity in a growing industry. The success and satisfaction of this role is reliant on work ethic, attitude and your ability to work autonomously and self-motivate.

Remuneration will be based on experience

As our CSM you will

  • Qualify and nurture incoming leads
  • Perform basic lending calculations
  • Provide basic lending knowledge to our clients
  • Schedule broker appointments for pre-qualified clients
  • Develop structured client success plans focussing on savings, debt reductions & income goals 
  • Manage clients journey & keep them motivated in their goals
  • Prepare and extract client information for applications
  • Meet KPIs, business targets and deliver consistent results
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients with a make it happen attitude
  • Actively contribute to social media and radio marketing

About you:

  • You have sales experience in a finance role or in a related industry
  • You have the ability to recognise sales opportunities and confidently close a deal
  • You are outcome focused
  • You are a people person and pride yourself on your ability to read people & connect
  • You have confidence in your abilities & effective communication skills
  • You have proven ability to meet/exceed KPIs
  • Given the opportunity to set your own workload, you  choose to go hard and reap the success this brings rather than take the sit back approach
