About this opportunity:
We have two new and exciting opportunities to join the My Trust team as a Customer Service Officer on a fixed-term basis. The Customer Service Officer (CSO) is the first point of contact in the My Trust team for our customers. The CSO manages administrative aspects of an NDIS participant relationship with TDT, including review and update of information and provision of supporting documents. The CSO facilitates a seamless transition through new NDIS plans for our customers. This role will see you working collaboratively with operational leaders to provide exceptional information and services to our customers.
What you will bring to the role:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role working within a large customer service team. You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude. You will develop a strong understanding of our services and your positive approach to work will be key, as you liaise with operational leaders and support services to proactively manage client enquiries.
