Corporate Services Finance & HR - (35 hour week) Attractive Salary + Salary Packaging

Cowra Special Needs Services is an independent provider of disability services, operating in the local community for over 30 years.

We are currently looking for an exceptional individual who has extensive experience in the Financial sector to oversee the provision of financial and human resource services across the organisation.

 Selection Criteria: 

  • Relevant Financial Qualifications and/or experience.
  • 3 years minimum in a financial role. 
  • Knowledge and application in all facets of financial management.
  • High level planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in team leadership and people management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in high quality financial reporting.
  • Previous experience in the use of Xero accounting or similar software.

 Successful applicant will be required to complete Police and Working with Children Checks.
