The brand is sold in over 20 countries, with major retailers in each market, Rhythm has a successful and growing Mens and Ladies business and we are looking for a dynamic candidate to join our team.
Due to an internal restructure of our sales and operations team, we are currently looking to recruit a full time Sales & Operations Coordinator. Based out of our head office in Burleigh Heads (Gold Coast); and living by our company motto 'The Sound of Change', we are looking for a high energy administration gun, who can support our Wholesale team to execute on innovative sales strategy. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic candidate, who is looking to progress their career in administration within the exciting spectrum of a sales division of a business.
The right person for this role will be analytical and data focused and understands our brand and products. This is a busy role requiring exceptional attention to detail and extensive knowledge in MS Excel, B2B platforms and inventory management systems. (CIN7 and Brandscope experience will be regarded as essential)
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Provide accurate and structured administrative support, including, but not limited to sales performance.
Drive operational rigor and overall effectiveness of the sales function across various areas of the business.
Assist to ensure master customer data integrity and improvement initiatives that drive standardisation and improve customer experience.
Work cross-functionally to assist in development of sales strategies for new territories, products, and market segments
Provide operational support to the operational team, including invoice importing, troubleshooting and problem solving within Cin7, and training on processes, systems, and tools
You will ideally have previous experience as a Sales and/or Operations Coordinator with exposure working within a business through Change or Transformation.
You will be highly visible across the business and will be tasked with assisting the Sales Teams on all sales administration tasks and findings to create a better solution for our customers and assist accelerating the performance of our sales team.
You will need to have experience using Cin7 as our inventory management software and the ability to network, influence and drive outcomes from data with insight into sales growth opportunities.
Exceptional time management with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and/ or sales administration functions.
