Administration Assistant

 

Seeking experienced and exceptional Receptionist on a Full-time basis to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Greeting visitors and clients of the business
  • Handling and directing all inbound calls
  • Front desk reception duties
  • Handling of incoming mail and preparation of mail to send
  • Processing simple client requests as required
  • Booking couriers, coordinating deliveries
  • Maintaining appearance of front office and kitchen area
  • Other administration duties as required

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications 

 

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude
  • Impeccable self-presentation
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willing to learn and understand the Hearing Services Program
  • Willing to gain essential qualification as required
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Impeccable time management skills

 

Desirable

  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience managing diaries
