About the Opportunity
The Contracts Administration Support Officer provides support to the contract administration function for NT PHN by providing appropriate information and support to key internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting the use of contract management and other relevant systems as they relate to contracts administration, ensuring currency and integrity of information contained within. You will also provide administrative support for contracts administration processes undertaken by NT PHN as well as a broad range of administrative support services to the Business Planning and Performance team.
As the successful candidate, you will be a passionate and engaging contract administrator with an interest in primary health care and outcomes. You will have:
Demonstrated experience in contract administration and/or a procurement support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
An understanding of good corporate governance practices, including relevant legislation particularly as it relates to contracts administration.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to follow and apply policies and procedures plus advise others on their application.
Experience in undertaking administrative tasks, including record keeping, with good organisational ability and time management.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and seek support or guidance where required.
