This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic Parks team in local government and provide a valuable service for the Community. This position is a rewarding and important role that is required to conduct routine audits and conduct maintenance on our playspaces and open space assets. You will work out in our beautiful open spaces and provide safe and well-functioning amenities for Manningham residents and our visitors.
The ideal candidate will have:
You will have experience in the maintenance and repairs of parks related fixtures or have a tradesperson like knowledge of the tools and equipment required to do the job.
Be able to maintain a playground and park asset auditing process and ensure rectification works are completed within the required timeframes.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to understand and maintain accurate records.
You have demonstrated knowledge in the use of field devices for auditing purposes.
You are customer focused and an excellent communicator.
