Client Services Officer

Wealthtree Solutions is a dynamic and busy financial planning practice in Subiaco, providing comprehensive advice solutions to our loyal client base. We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced individual to provide Adviser support and business administration.

As the front face of the practice, you will have a friendly, caring nature and take pleasure in welcoming our new and existing clients. You will have great attention to detail and a strong focus on providing a quality client service experience.

Flexible hours would be considered for right candidate, remuneration package will be commensurate with experience and skill sets.


  • Schedule appointments set reminders and set up Advisers face to face and online (Zoom) meetings.
  • Respond to day to day client queries/requests.
  • Assist with the production of documents for client reviews and presentations i.e. Fund manager reports, risk profiling and Client Data forms.
  • Load new clients to XPLAN and ensure all client records are accurate and up to date.
  • Submit client authority forms and complete product research
  • Work with product providers, clients and Advisers to implement advice, including insurance, super and pension applications.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in financial planning practice
  • Strong knowledge and experience with XPlan
  • Strong Office applications knowledge and experience, (Essential Excel and Word. Preferred PowerPoint)
  • RG146 highly regarded
  • Able to self-manage and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
