National Technical Support Manager

Providing extensive parts and service support through our network of branches and dealers CEA also has an expansive national parts distribution centre located in Sydney, providing critical support to our core customer base when they need it.

The Role

To supply technical support across the CEA product range to our CEA branches and our dealer network across the country. You will be part of a larger Technical Support team with team members located throughout the country reporting to the National Technical Support & Warranty Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing technical enquires through our DSS (Dealer Support System).
  • Provide technical assistance to CEA branches and dealers to maximise equipment availability, reliability, and productivity.
  • Liaise with customers via DSS, phone, and system sharing, and to technically support the customers.
  • Liaise with the OEMs on technical issues raised through the DSS.
  • Travel to site when required to assist customers resolve issues, sometimes at short notice.
  • Provide training to technicians throughout the CEA branch and our dealers. 
  • Technical data collection and analysis.
  • Create technical documentation when required to distribute to the CEA branches and dealer network.
  • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner when dealing with customers.

  • Ability to demonstrate high level skills in communicating with managers and in managing work teams to achieve effective outcomes
