Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer calls and take accurate messages to redirect
Booking client appointments
Inbound and outbound mail services as requested
Liaising with clients, internal departments and Managers
Data entry, processing and invoicing.
Maintain an effective filing/scanning and archiving system
General administration duties
Assisting with general customer service duties.
Serving Showroom Customers
To be successful in this role you will be required to have:
Experience or in a similar role an advantage
Some industry experience is an advantage
Insyte Software experience is an advantage
Good organisation skills and time management
Competent computer skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A flexible and mature approach to work
Excellent telephone etiquette and personal presentation skills
A positive and friendly attitude
Strong attention to detail
Work well in a team environment
Be highly organised and punctual
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate with a view for career progression and immediate start available.
