Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and take accurate messages to redirect
  • Booking client appointments
  • Inbound and outbound mail services as requested
  • Liaising with clients, internal departments and Managers
  • Data entry, processing and invoicing.
  • Maintain an effective filing/scanning and archiving system
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting with general customer service duties.
  • Serving Showroom Customers

To be successful in this role you will be required to have:

  • Experience or in a similar role an advantage
  • Some industry experience is an advantage
  • Insyte Software experience is an advantage
  • Good organisation skills and time management
  • Competent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A flexible and mature approach to work
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and personal presentation skills
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Be highly organised and punctual
