Roberts and Morrow Technology (RMT) are looking for an experienced Administraion Support Officer to join our thriving and progressive business. RMT currently support over 4000 desktops and servers across Australia, with networks ranging in size from 5 to over 200 users.
Ideally the successful candidate will be based in our office in Armidale, NSW. Armidale is a city in the Northern Tablelands, New South Wales, Australia. It is approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane at the junction of the New England Highway and Waterfall Way.
About the role:
An Administrative Support Officer is responsible for:
Provide quality frontline client service to RMT clients in a postive and professional manner.
Deal courteously and efficiently with enquiries received in person, by telephone, or email.
Provide telephone reception duties. Screen incoming telephone calls in a sensitive and professional manner directing as required to team members, taking messages, and creating support tickets accurately.
Provide general administrative assistance to the RMT team.
Schedule and manage the travel arrangements for RMT team members.
Ensure reception area is clean, tidy and organised at all times
Manage ordering and receipting of stock as directed.
Co-ordinate freight movements (incoming/outbound)
Prepare and issue basic quoting to clients (eg licence renewals)
Provide support to manage expense lodgements for Partner and team members.
Previous Administration experience
Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
Experience in the Information Technology industry or a professional office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great organisation skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Australian citizen or permanent resident
