UES International is an Australian family owned company established in 1904. We are a leading global designer, manufacturer and supplier of Seating, Industrial, Marine and Transportation Hardware and have been delivering business solutions to its clients for over a century.
This role entails management of key accounts on the Southside Brisbane Metropolitan and Regional Queensland territory, a strong focus being on increasing new and existing business opportunities. The development of new customers and opening new markets along with strengthening existing customer relationships is a specific requirement of this role. Ideally the applicants should reside on southside of Brisbane and the position open to Permanent Australian Residents only.
A strong track record in sales and a mechanical background would be preferred, Good time and sales management skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships both with customers, internal staff and management is also highly valued. You must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and ideally have a good understanding of Sales Based software processes.
Reporting to the Queensland Sales and Business Manager this position will be responsible for achieving sales targets and operational objectives. Key to your success will be your excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills will also be key attributes for this position.
Your Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Implement short and long term strategies to achieve the forecasted growth of UES product lines.
Take a leading and pro-active role in the maintenance and development of key accounts,
Monitor and work within the stated branch sales forecast targets.
Establish new sales accounts and identify areas of potential expansion of product ranges.
Have a complete knowledge of the inventory and ensure sales effort is covering the total product range.
Ensure that new products and ranges are professionally introduced to the market.
Actively promote a team philosophy within the branch and lead by example.
Operating as a lead contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Ensure timely and successful delivery of any solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Liaise between customers and internal sales team
