You have shown interest in joining our More Than Just Ears Team, as the Engagement Lead. We are undergoing a period of transformation and innovation and we are looking for someone special to head-up our strategic stream of Engagement.

- Building Soundfair's following, reach and meaningful engagement
- Creating an engagement-based donation and fundraising experience to support our impact
- Activating and enrolling for behaviour change
This role needs someone with experience in engagement, marketing and communications, and advocacy or similar.
We will offer market salaries, negotiated based on your experience and qualifications, plus generous salary packaging for the Not-For-Profit sector. At present, this is a 6-month 0.5-0.6 position, with potential to increase EFT and duration.
