General Manager Finance

Key role to grow and expand business with our valued Healthcare clients, World-leading solutions for communications, IPTV, entertainment & patient safety, Growing business - part of an iconic Australian company, Hills.

Hills Health Solutions is the leader in healthcare technology solutions across the hospital and aged care markets. Our critical communications infrastructure, messaging and patient entertainment services are used by millions of Australians each year.

Based at the Hills Port Melbourne office, and reporting to the Head of Health Solutions, our ideal candidate will have worked for an ASX listed company, preferably in the healthcare or IT sectors. You will have well developed inter-personal skills and be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasting, financial analysis and commercial insights into the Group.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Accounting Qualification CA or CPA or international equivalent
  • From 5 to 10 years experience in an ASX listed environment either directly or with listed clients while working in a top tier audit firm
  • Staff management experience
  • Strong financial reporting and tax experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to solve complex issues
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using budgeting, forecasting and reporting tools
  • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
