Inside Sales

We make LEDA, a learning experience platform that makes leadership development easy! Our focus is on positive change, we use expert interviews, animations, games, self-assessments and practical activities to turn managers into better leaders.

We are looking for someone to join our small but growing team with a background in sales or customer service and ready to take the next step in their career, moving into Inside Sales. 

This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a profitable start-up that has a real and positive impact on peoples lives.

Note: This is currently a remote work position.


What You'll Be Doing

In sales at LEDA we talk to a lot of CEOs and work closely with people and culture leaders in Australia to help them deliver leadership development to the many people in their organisations. 

Our mission is to create better organisations, by making it easy for companies to develop their established and emerging leaders. High quality and fun leadership development for all!

After three months working with us you will be

  • Converting inbound leads from our innovative campaigns into conversations with your founders and yourself. 
  • Nurturing and growing new business opportunities within the small and medium business segment (companies with
  • Manage a simple sales pipeline to close, and communicate any challenges or wins to the team.
  • Gain an understanding of the prospective customer's pain points and educate on Ledas value, highlighting our differentiators, effectively demoing the product over video conference, and guiding them through the sales process.

Skills You'll Need

  • Excellent sales skills, with a minimum of 3 years experience across AE, SDR or Inside sales roles. 
  • High ability to empathise and be likeable, on the phone, email, chat and in-person with great oral and written communication skills to explain, influence and persuade
  • Preferably experience in an SDR role or high calling environment.
  • Preferably experience within the tech space, training industry, online learning industry and/or experience selling to HR or People and Culture teams.
  • Experience in working in a customer-facing role, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and always looking for ways to improve current processes.
