Realestate Receptionist

Full-time/Part-time Receptionist

We are looking for the right person who will manage all aspects of the front desk reception together with administration duties.
Your main responsibilities will include: being the first point of contact for the office; providing assistance to the team (administrative support )database management and reporting.

You will also be required to drive all of our marketing initiatives including running our social media strategy (facebook, linkedin); the design, management and copy writing of our email newsletters.

To take on this role, you must be a bright, enthusiastic and proactive person who thrives on taking initiative, has a talent for multi-tasking, can think ahead and working alongside an extremely fast paced agent. You will have first class written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have outstanding people skills and the ability to organise and implement systems and procedures.
