About the role
The role of the Services Support Officer (SSO) works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure that services are tailored to the needs of individual clients and maximise client satisfaction. The SSO undertakes a key role in the HammondCare At Home frontline care team, providing reliable office-based support for Care Managers, clients and their representatives to ensure effective program administration. More specifically, the SSO is responsible for staff and client phone contact, client documentation (e.g. office and home files, typing of care plans, financial requirements), ordering and expensing stock and equipment, in consultation with Care Managers.
The essence of this role:
Provides reliable office-based support for Care Manager/s, care workers, clients and their representatives.
Works closely with Care Manager/s to ensure effective program administration.
Responsible for various administration tasks to support Care Managers and program administration.
Are you committed to the providing excellent customer service to both internal an external stakeholders Do you have previous experience working for an aged care provider and have knowledge of Care package guidelines or willing to learn
We are looking for someone with exceptional communications skills, who can demonstrate the ability to think on their feet and utilise their stong problem solving skills in a similar fast paced organisation. Showcase your strong administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to report and maintain information to senior managers.
