Our client is a multinational FMCG business. They are currently seeking an experienced ANZ Account Manager to manage and grow accounts (Manufacturing Companies using Ingredients to manufacture supplements and healthfoods) in the consumer health industry.
Manage all aspects of the selling process of the business with our existing Regional Key Accounts
Someone who can sell value - Sell concept and not just ingredients - talk to brand owners, marketing, production, management etc etc and sell concept - market insights, consumer insights
Develop a deep understanding of the customers business and identify opportunities to grow the business
Manage and build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at the customer throughout all levels & functions (Science, NPD, Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Logistics's)
Drives Sales Policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the regional key accounts
Drive Business Development towards Consumer Health companies in ANZ to acquire new customers
Interact with the Regional Product Manager regarding the launch of new products in ANZ at customer level, the regulatory person for all regulatory related topics, the communication person for customer related events, and the customer service group and logistics.
Good knowledge of the dietary supplement industry and ideally of the consumer health industry
Demonstrated strong experience in Business Development or Solution Sales
Demonstrated ability to forge network in the health food manufacuring sector
University degree in Food Science or Nutrition, with a solid commercial background in Dietary Supplement or Consumer Health industry
Strong demonstrated competency in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development roles
