Part Time Office Administrator

The role is currently part time, Monday to Friday 10am-2pm (hours can be negotiated slightly for the right candidate) but only apply if you are able to grow into a full time position if required.

General Responsibilities:

*Administration duties

*Data entry, report processing, email monitoring

*Agent and property marketing

*Supporting a small high performing sales team

*Generating and distributing newsletters and other marketing material (This role is not limited to the tasks above)

Skills and Experience:

*Real Estate knowledge or experience is preferred

*Knowledge of MyDesktop, RP Data (and/or PriceFinder) and Gmail (google drive) are highly regarded

*Meticulous attention-to-detail is ESSENTIAL

*Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are ESSENTIAL

*InDesign Experience ESSENTIAL

*A proactive and 'can do' attitude

*Competent computer and technology skills - especially with Microsoft Office Suites

*Highly organised and able to work well under time restraints/pressure

*Professional and friendly phone manner and ability to relate well to people

*Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task

*Immaculate personal presentation

*Adaptable to change and has a vision of growth
