Office Junior

An opportunity has become available for a Junior Office Administrator to join our multi award winning team in Belmont.

Your duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Providing support and assistance to the Mortgage Broking and Financial Advice team
  • Processing and tracking of loan applications
  • CRM database management
  • Liaising with clients, banks,real estate agents and other parties
  • Preparation of correspondence to banks and clients
  • Data entry and file management
  • Reception duties and general office tasks.

If you can offer the following skills and attributes we would like to hear from you:

  • Familiarity with CRM software management, Microsoft Suite, Google (Gmail)
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Finance and/or property industry experience would be advantageous but not essential
