Their commitment to excellence in delivery has seen them secure long term relationships with both local operators, through to large blue chip organisations. An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to take up the position of Area Manager - Kalgoorlie.

Requirement 
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing growth strategies, along with managing and developing your management team. As the organisation are customer centric, you will also have a business methodology aligned to this, and play a key role in both existing and new client relationships. Coupled with the above, you will make sure that the company operate safely, and within the core values.
  
  
About You
You will posses the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Operated at a management or supervisory level for over 5 years
  • Managed and grown a multi disciplined workforce
  • Financial acumen 
  • Able to manager a P&L
  • Previously lead a business within the resources / industrial sector, through a period of growth
  • Service contract experience
  • Contacts within the region
  • Business Development
  • Strong people management skills
  • A proven leader within the industry
