About the Role
Based from our Lidcombe Office in NSW, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of IT sales margin performance nationally. While this is a hands on role, you will also be responsible for leading and managing a small but high performing sales team to achieve and exceed team sales and operational objectives. The successful candidate will have:
Proven record in sales achievement and sales management.
A can-do attitude and the experience of how to lead and manager a high performing sales team.
Ability to build and grow vendor and customer relationships.
Ability to prioritise and multitask to achieve results and deliver on commitments.
Excellent communication skills - communicates ideas clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
A strong Customer focus listening and delivering on customer requirements while ensuring profitable revenue growth.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets consistently.
