This part time role, working alongside the HR Officer, will be responsible for providing high quality, efficient workforce support services for the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing retention of staff.
This role will involve:
Conducting the recruitment process for all internal vacancies, including advertising, and shortlisting, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company policies.
Participating as member of selection panels to ensure that there is a sensible, consistent and equitable approach to assessing candidates
Managing the successful on-boarding of employees including induction and probation review processes
Actively participating in reviewing and developing relevant Gforce HR policies and procedures ensuring that HR activity is based around the needs of the business, legislation and best practice.
Collaborating and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to provide a responsive, consistent and forward-thinking HR service.
Do you have:
A background in Recruitment or HR generalist roles
Experience in human resource administration including preparing employment documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; with ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and the capability to complete high quality administration
A positive and enthusiastic team focus
A willingness to collaborate with and assist others
You will need to have or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
This role will be part time (approx 0.6 FTE), days and hours are flexible dependent on the successful applicant.
