A pivotal member in the office team, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Overseeing the delivery of all projects under the Mosaic Construction banner
Reporting on financial and construction milestones to senior management
Being accountable for multiple projects from inception through to completion
Delivering high quality solutions within program and cost controls
Actively managing risks
Overseeing of subcontractor relationships and management, including negotiating subcontracts
Continually reviewing and improving on the delivery of construction outcomes with a focus on improving efficiency
Working closely with the Development Team from conception to completion to ensure on-budget outcomes are delivered
Adding significant value to projects
Assisting with early stage constructability from both a cost and programming point of view
Providing technical leadership and project management during the execution phase of projects
Leading project teams, providing mentoring, support and motivation with a focus on outcomes and quality
Managing and coordinating consultant relationships
Managing and delivering PCG meetings
Mandatory Skills/ Abilities
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in Construction Management, Project Management or Property
Experience in developing value engineering options to create a competitive edge at tender time
Proven track record with property related developments
5+ years in a Project Management role
Strong existing consultant and contractor relationships in Brisbane and Gold Coast
A keen eye for detail and ability to produce high quality, accurate content consistently
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and to a deadline
Strong communication with the ability to take the lead role on projects
Self-motivated, ambitious and proactive with a desire for ongoing professional development
Previous exposure to construction software packages desirable e.g. Cheops and Procore
