FIT College is the leader in Fitness Education and Training in WA, specialising in the delivery of Certificate III & IV in Fitness and other related courses. Since our inception, FIT College WA has maintained simple objectives: To graduate industry leading Personal Trainers, equipped with the skills and knowledge to work in any fitness environment, as well as be a strong part of the local fitness community in WA.
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and driven Sales/Marketing & Communication professional to join our team and assist in growing our FIT College brand. This is a full-time role and is available NOW!
Skills and Experience:
This role is suited to a PROVEN sales star with experience in gym/fitness sales being ideal.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes, qualifications, and experience:

Formal Fitness Qualifications and/or RTO experience would be ideal however not required.
Proven sales experience (phone and face to face) and ability to exceed expectations, KPI and targets.
Proven Fitness Industry sales and marketing experience would be ideal.
Knowledge and awareness of the current fitness industry climate and its dynamics
Personable and approachable, with high-level communication and relationship building skills are a must.
The desire to give back to the fitness industry by assisting in the development of next generation of Personal Trainers
High level of Social media skills, including creative content, facilitating conversation and online community building
Exceptional customer service, punctuality, and professionalism
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet and be adaptable to unforeseen circumstances
Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and driven.
Work well in a dynamic team environment
You will provide an enthusiasm for, and knowledge of the fitness industry and the capability to share your passion with our business networks, potential students as well as current and graduated students.
This role is best suited to someone with proven sales/communication experience in the fitness industry, and is motivated by the opportunity to assist in building our already Stirling brand. It is ideal to be someone that is driven by numbers and takes a "work smart" approach to exceeding goals and KPI's.
This is a FULL TIME role and hours of the week may vary - some weekend work might be also applicable.
