The Role:

Alliance Community is seeking a full time Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Brisbane. This role will be fixed term for a period of 3 months, with possibility of leading to an extension or permanent role.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will assist the wider team to ensure the delivery of Alliance Community's core service delivery to its clients and nurses through the maintenance of an effective recruitment & selection process and strategies.  Identify shortfalls and opportunities within the Recruitment process to ensure consistent growth within the unit.

In this role you will undertake the following duties:

  • Recruit Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Support Workers according to approved Alliance Community policies and procedures.
  • Conduct telephone inquiries & screening of recruits.
  • Booking of interviews, conduct either telephone interviews, personal face-to-face interviews, group interviews and/or orientation sessions with nursing and support staff and follow through.
  • Manage the maintenance and updating of worker personnel records to ensure qualifications, experience and availability are current utilising the Alliance Community database.
  • Manage the current workforce database to ensure that all remain compliant to quality frameworks
  • Ensure recruitment and selection activities meet the ongoing demand for skilled and qualified nurse & support labour by consistent processing of new job applications within required time-frames.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all data and other information is maintained by following prescribed systems and processes.
