Reporting to the Director Business Development and Sales, the Account Lead will be focussed and responsible for the operational management of the relationship with a new and important major customer in the telco space. You will work closely with the client to create and influence activity, which ensures that the services run at agreed levels and achieve set performance targets. You will be accountable for building and maintaining a mutually beneficial business partnership drive customer growth, customer satisfaction, client revenue and profitability.
We are looking for the following:-
5 years experience and proven track record in account management of large b2b corporate client.
Sales management of transactional retail product in a large retail environment.
Services sales techniques.
The ability to build senior level relationships in the Australian Telecoms industry.
Ability to respond effectively to clients, employees and management finding mutually beneficial solutions.
Supply Chain management acumen and understanding of complex customer solutions.
Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Outstanding leadership skills.
Good knowledge of telecommunications, Value Added Services, financial products or retail management.
Excellent commercial acumen.
