About the role
As a Customer Relations Manager you will be part of the team involved in marketing independent living leases to older West Australians under the Retirement Village Act (WA).
The role requires you to assist outgoing and incoming customers with their enquiries, undertake onsite tours and home inspections, participate in regular marketing events, and provide support to external sales agents.
Crucial to this role is your ability to identify sales obstacles, and have a thorough understanding of this niche market and regulatory compliance. This role utilises a solutions-oriented approach. The successful applicant for this role will have an empathetic personality, with strong ethical standards and the ability to build long-term relationships with seniors. A demonstrated commitment to exceptional levels of customer service is essential. Previous experience in retirement sales or operations is preferred.
The successful candidate's remuneration will be based on experience and includes a salary packaging arrangement and incentives.
$50,000 - $55,000 per annum
Skills and experience
Real estate experience desirable, but a license not required
