A new opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join our Warehouse team in the Aerospace Industry to provide data entry and documentation processing support for the warehouse activities.
You will support the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures to ensure they meet evolving business requirements and drive improved quality outcomes and warehouse operating efficiency.
This is a full time six month contract opportunity.
Snapshot of the role
Entry of warehouse paper records (GRNs, pick-lists, travelers) into our ERP system and other data collection tools.
Archiving of all paper records in accordance with Quickstep archiving procedures.
Working with warehouse, production, finance and purchasing staff to resolve errors and anomalies with documentation.
Support stocktake processes.
Support continuous improvement activities within the warehouse.
What we are looking for
A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
High level of computer literacy including experience using the Microsoft suite (excel, word, powerpoint)
Strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word)
