Natural Lighting Products manufactures, supplies and Installs skylights and related roof glazing products to the domestic and commercial building markets in NSW, Queensland and Victoria
Natural Lighting Products employees 35 staff and has a solid track record of growth and profitability since the business was founded in 1990.
We have an accounting, bookkeeping and office administration position available at our head office in Silverwater NSW. Our business will be relocating to a larger new facility in nearby Rydalmere NSW in October 2020.
The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of bookkeeping and office administration in a small to medium sized business environment.
The duties and responsibilities of the role include:
Recording and processing of supplier invoices, expenses etc.
Scheduling and processing of creditor payments and reconciliation of debtor payments.
Preparation and processing of staff payroll including superannuation payments.
Complete and review daily bank journals clearing and reconciliations
Complete inventory reconciliations and note variances
Submission of work in progress claims on a monthly billing basis on larger projects.
Preparation of business accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet.
Other adhoc work as required
Experience in MYOB and knowledge of Excel
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good verbal and written communications skills with experience in dealing with other staff and clients
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The position reports directly to the Managing Director. Accounting and Finance support is provided by a part time Chartered Accountant and External Accounting firm.
An immediate start is available. Flexible working hours will be considered, and the role can be scaled up or down for the right individual. This role presents an exciting opportunity to grow with our business and develop further skills as the business continues to expand its horizons.
