Business Development Manager - SMB - Media

Newly created role, High performing and social culture, $75K Base + Super + Uncapped Commissions $120K OTE.

The Client

I am currently working with a client who are Australia's leading health and wellness media network in Australia. They have a huge reach when it comes to their advertising and sell across 5-6 different platforms that reach an audience of around 16 million annually. They have a collaborative, social and hardworking work environment. They are currently looking to bring on an BDM to come onboard in a newly created role to grow out their portfolio.

The Role

  • Newly created role
  • Join a Sydney based team where the focus is on developing multiple revenue streams from within SMB level accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities by generating and qualifying leads
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities
  • This is a client facing role – you will spend time building relationships with clients face to face 

The Candidate

  • 2-4 years of sales experience
  • You will have a competitive nature and want to work in a performance driven environment
  • Display a hunter mentality
  • Sold into SMB accounts
  • Show drive and resilience
