What we do: we weaponise progressive staffing firms through technology, providing an all-in-1 Cloud platform that takes recruiters from BD, applicant tracking, pay & bill for contractors/temps through to analytics.

The opportunity: We’re growing our ANZ market-share and we’re looking for a sales gun to help us do it. 

This role is ideal for an ex-agency recruiter, especially one that understands the world of Contract.  You’ll be working from our small Sydney office (this is not a #WFA role) and will report into Group leadership, who are based you’ll need to be a self-starter who gets a kick out of being the new-kid-on-the-block in the market. 


What you’ll be doing: 

  • A full-cycle sales role: from 1st call through to negotiation/close

  • Create own funnel of prospects (you’re a hunter and won’t wait to be fed leads) via a multi-channel BD and customer acquisition strategy, including video, phone, face-to-face and social media engagement

  • Perform online demos of Vincere to prospects 

  • Manage your daily tasks and sales pipeline to ensure you hit quota

  • Be a ‘brand-amplifier’ on social media to grow Vinny’s presence in the ANZ market


You’ll have the following characteristics:

  • Minimum 2-3+ years experience in either agency recruitment (highly-desired) or B2B Sales

  • Experience in an out-bound sales environment and online selling

  • A proven track record of consistently smashing targets, you’re highly-revenue driven (BTW, we offer industry-leading % commission rates)

  • Competitive: you'll hate will work hard never to be beaten on the battlefield. 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, open, collaborative environment. No egos please.

  • Commercially savvy and an entrepreneur-at-heart: you will thrive on the autonomy that the role has to offer

  • Unsurprisingly, you will also need to demonstrate superlative communication skills (written and verbal), and be an excellent presenter with sharp negotiation skills. 

  • Our Sydney-team is small. You’ll be working as part of a small team within a larger global Sales team, so will know how to network internally to get things done.
